Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the registration deadline in order to receive a refund.
Refunds are NOT given for cancellations received after the registration deadline or for failing to attend the event.
Registrations may be transferred to another event, if cancellation is made PRIOR to registration deadline.
Refunds will be given if GSNIM must cancel a program.
Registration deadlines are specific to each event. Please note deadline dates for each event.
Registrants must be present at the event to earn any badges.
