A Program Kit is a complete, self-contained curriculum kit that your Girl Scout troop can use to expand your girls’ experience. Kits include detailed lesson plans and all the supplies needed to complete all the requirements of a badge. Kits are available for pickup at either the Fort Wayne or Granger Service Center, depending on which site you request.

Pick up and Drop Off
Program Kits can be picked up and returned during regular business hours. Business hours may be different for each service center. To verify current business hours for your location, please call 800-283-4812, option 2.
Rental Fee Payment
Payment is due at time of resource reservation.
Security Deposit
We require a $25.00 refundable deposit to secure your Program Kit reservation at time of pick up. The deposit can be paid by cash or check. The deposit will be returned when an item has been returned in good working order and on time.
Confirmation
A receipt is automatically emailed after completing your online reservation. Please review this email carefully to ensure your reservation is complete and accurate.
Advance Rental Period
Program Kits must be reserved at least 14 days in advance. This allows for replenishment of consumable items and transportation between service centers.
Resource Rental Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to frontdesk@gsnim.org at least 2 business days prior to scheduled pick up time in order to receive a refund.
Refunds are NOT given for cancellations received after that time or for failing to pick up resource.
Reservations may be transferred to another date, if cancellation is made at least 2 business days PRIOR to scheduled pick up time.
