Welcome to Camp Wildwood’s reservation site.

Overnight facility rental times are 5:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Day Use facility rental times are 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

At the time of reservation, a 20% deposit is required.  Final payments are due at least 30 days prior to your reservation date.

When using a troop debit card, please remember that the address you enter needs to be the address where the statements are mailed.  If you received an error message, when trying to pay, stating that the address or zip code does not match the account, please enter the Zip+4, including the dash.

 PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are available at least 14 days prior to the date and up to 1 year in advance. Lodging will appear "not available" when trying to register more than 1 year in advance or the date is already reserved.

Advance booking for Facilitated Activities is 30 days.

There are three rate groups available:

  Girl Scout Groups – This rate is for troop and Girl Scout community events only

  Non-Profit Groups – Use this if you are considered a non-profit organization

  Outside Groups – This rate group is for the general public and private usage by Girl Scout members   

All groups should read the Camp Property Guidelines and Policies for important information for usage of our camps.  A link to the policies will be on your emailed receipt and can also be found on our website.  All Non-Profit and Outside Groups are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana as additional insured.  Please see the Camp Property Guidelines and Policies for additional information.

If a reservation is canceled:
60 - 45 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 25% of the total rental fee
44 - 30 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental fee
29 - 15 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 75% of the estimated total bill
Less than 15 days in advance, there will be no refund

 Here are a few pointers to help with the reservation process:

• Use the calendar feature on the left to start the reservation process.

• Use the drop-down menu to select the desired category of reservation

• Choose your arrival date on the calendar

• Choose the number of days for available lodgings

• When you are asked to log in, please create a user name & password if this is the first time you are making a camp reservation on this site.
